  1. Container Sales and Rentals: Refunds are eligible for unmodified containers that have not been used, modified, or customized.

  2. Customization Services: Customization services are non-refundable once the work has commenced, as they are tailored to your specific requirements. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the customization or if there are defects, please refer to our “Quality Assurance” section below.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your container. You can reach us at info@bluewavecontainers.com 

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to prepare the container for return.

  3. Return Packaging: Ensure that the container is securely packed in its original packaging or equivalent packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reputable carrier with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe return of the container.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

We take great pride in the quality of our containers and customization services. If you believe there is a defect or quality issue with your container or the customization work, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your container. Provide detailed information about the issue, including photos if possible.
  2. Assessment: Our team will assess the reported issue and determine whether it is covered under our quality assurance policy.
  3. Resolution: If the issue is confirmed to be a defect or quality problem, we will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund at our discretion.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Customized containers once the customization work has commenced.
  • Containers that have been used or modified after purchase.

REFUND PROCESSING:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
